The grounds are beautiful and we love that there are tables and chairs everywhere inviting guests to sit down and enjoy nature. The rooms are spacious with queen size beds which are very comfortable and the pillows are also very good quality, we slept really well, we did not hear the storm at all and did not realise it was raining until we opened the curtains the next morning. The shower is spacious and the flow from the shower head is perfect. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was ready early, so, we were able to put our bags in the room before going to the Pink Finss charity race day and the staff organised a taxi to bring us to the racecourse.

The hotel is stunning. The rooms are amazing. The beds were so comfortable. The shower was exceptional - it was so big and luxurious. It had a towel rack inside which was fantastic. The tap was away from the showerhead which allowed you to get the temperature right before you got under the showerhead. I loved the robes. The staff was so amazing and the place was so quiet given how close to everything it was.

Breakfast was fantastic. Great variety & we really enjoyed the bespoke, barista coffees & hot chocolate. The pancake maker was pretty cool too! The hours were excellent- we actually enjoyed a long, slow breakfast. Perfect start to the day! I think the thing we were most impressed with, besides the high quality food (the restaurant was fabulous; the cocktails perfect & the ability to get bar food served during the day wherever we were lounging), was the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff. They went over & above expectation to make us feel valued, cared for & comfortable. From mozzie spray (BRING WITH!!!), to cards for games. We asked & got! They smiled the whole time despite being seriously busy at times. Thoroughly professional & impressive. Big shout out to Paris on reception. Loved her! Also, the pool & spa were lovely to relax in.

Staff were exceptional. We have stayed in many hotels with our young children and we have never stayed anywhere as accommodating. All staff from the front desk, the restaurant, to the cleaners were unbelievable with their kindness and high level assistance. Nothing was too much to ask and on many occasions we didn't even have to ask as someone was already there to help. Honestly I cannot fault them in any way. The buffet breakfast was amazing and they catered for kids and also gluten free which was great for our family. My whole family were shocked by how lovely our stay was and how diligent all the staff were in every area of fhe hotel. We had cleaners who stopped to say hi and make sure we found our rooms when we arrived. We had breakfast staff explaining the food and making sure we knew exactly where to locate all the gluten free foods, we had reception staff ensuring we knew about discounts, facilities, we had room service go above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous meal and extra treats for the kids. We had booked the restaurant but the kids were exhausted so we changed it last minute to room service and the staff were so understanding. The food was delicious and we had a large variety to choose from. It was a fabulous holiday and I highly recommend visiting.

The breakfast was amazing, and the service was really great. All the staff we dealt with were so lovely. When you walk into the hotel, it is beautiful.

Stay in Crowne Plaza was simply one of the best values for money. Room was clean and spacious. There is a nice table in a corner, if you want to have some work done. Included breakfast for extra 20$ per room is more then worth it, and complimented with very decent coffee. Pool and spa are very nice as well. Great bank for your buck. Can't recommend enough.

Room - OK, clean, bathroom small and pokey. Would have liked more cakes of soap aside from the 1 small piece provided - we don't use liquid soap. Shampoo provided was awful, I suspect the container had been filled with liquid soap. Breakfast / Dinner - good Staff - reception girl on night duty didn't register us for breakfast even though we spoke to her face to face and requested she do so. Same girl on the following night asked us to come back in the morning when we requested we do our check out that evening so we could get away quicker the next morning. Had to come in and check out in the morning which set us back 15 - 20 minutes.

Rooms are stylish, clean and comfortable. Smart TV made it easy to keep my daughter happy as I could cast YouTube Kids. Mirrors in the bathroom were great for lighting when applying makeup. Ample storage for clothes, shoes etc. Kids games room was great and we spent a lot of time there just the two of us and also met some other families to socialise with. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee from Barracks Bar was also good! High Tea was delicious and they have a great kids option available. Plenty of parking on-site. Property is easy to navigate and there are lots of areas to go for a leisurely walk.

I love this property it has a really nice feel and the grounds are lovely for walking around. The rooms have just been redecorated and the colours are very harmonious, shower pressure was great which is always something I look for, the room I had was spacious. The restaurant is great and the bar is good for all day dining. I also used the spa, Villa Thalgo which was divine. I also thought all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were so accommodating. Very friendly and efficient. We asked for early check-in and they managed to arrange it even though they were so busy.The venue was so nice and comfortable. We were there with extended family and they were so friendly and helpful for everyone.The location is so serene.Even with the amount of people staying and all the facilities it was very quiet. Would recommend to everyone
